PLEASE NOTE NO ORDERS WILL BE SENT OUT DURING THE 2 WEEKS FOLLOWING EASTER WEEKEND - ALL ORDERS MADE DURING THIS TIME WILL BE SENT OUT ON APRIL 8th

We accept orders by phone, fax or post as well as through our on-line shopping system.
Order details will be confirmed by telephone or e-mail.
We will confirm stock availability and if you are not paying by card we will hold items ordered for 5 days to allow for receipt of payment.
Orders of items held in stock are normally sent out within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

If you live near enough you can of course call at the shop which is open 9.00 to 5.00 Monday to Saturday.

Postage & Delivery

Our prices include standard rate delivery within the UK subject to a minimum order of £50. For smaller orders please add £3.95 per order. We can also send your order by Express Delivery to most addresses in mainland Britain for an additional £8.00

When you buy online the postage will be calculated automatically.

If you live outside the UK we can work out the additional postage cost when we know your address. Please contact us for details of international carriage costs.

If you live in Wear Valley or Durham City areas we can usually deliver personally.


Payment

We accept all the major Credit/Debit Cards.
Payment may also be made by PayPal, Postal Order or Personal Cheque in Pounds Sterling (GBP) drawn on a British Bank.

Personal callers may of course pay cash (Pounds and Euro are accepted)



Out of stock and non-stock items

If an item is out of stock we will advise how long it will be before we can deliver before charging you. In the case of special orders of non-stock items we will not charge your card or cash your cheque until the order is ready to send.


Returned goods
Faulty goods may be returned for full refund or replacement (subject to availability)
Please contact by telephone or e-mail before returning goods so that we can arrange a suitable method of carriage.
All goods must be returned with original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
